Welcome to The No-BS Relationship Blog. This is where we (you and I… yes, YOU) don’t do fluff, filters, or five-step fairy tales that leave you thinking:
“Well, that was a waste of time.”
Let me be honest, this space is for you if:
You’re tired of repeating the same toxic cycles and calling it “growth.”
You’re exhausted from pretending you’re healed when you’re still triggered AF.
You want raw, real, radically honest truths that’ll hit home, make you uncomfortable as hell, and 100% rock your world.
I created this blog for the same reason I created my 8-week Real and Raw Relationship Reset Program. Because I'm so sick and tired of these vague healing programs, surface-level worksheets, and those “well-meaning” therapists that leave you lying in bed wondering why you still don’t feel confident, even though you play an excellent game of pretend around your friends (tell me I'm wrong).
You can do all the journaling, manifesting, meditation, and bubble baths you want, but you know deep down you're still wondering where's the real and raw truth manual on how to unf*ck your patterns. You know the patterns:
Over-apologizing for existing
Saying sorry when you’re not wrong. Shrinking your needs. Dimming your power to avoid conflict.
Attracting emotionally unavailable people
Chasing people who give you a sprinkle of affection and calling it “connection.” (FYI, it’s not.)
Shutting down or becoming defensive
You get triggered, and instead of expressing it, you shut down, check out, or ghost. Hello, that wonderful bouncer called your nervous system.
Confusing Anxiety with Intuition
Thinking “but, I feel something intense” means you must be in love, when it’s really just your trauma doing jumping jacks.
Thinking boundaries = being a b*tch
Feeling guilty for having standards, speaking up, or saying “no.”
Mistaking control for safety
Overplanning, micromanaging, or obsessing, because if you control it all, you won’t get hurt again, right? (Nope, still wrong.)
